Kingston Collection

Kingston Collection is a major entertainment and shopping destination serving both Plymouth and Cape Cod regions, located in Kingston, Massachusetts. The property underwent a major interior and exterior redevelopment in 2014.

We were brought into the project to design a value-engineered version of the five entrances on-site that previously had come in over budget. We used the existing infrastructure of the original entrance and created a clean, and modern structure that met budget while maintaining a classic New England feel.

Poughkeepsie Galleria

The Poughkeepsie Galleria is the largest enclosed shopping, dining and entertainment center in Dutchess County, New York. Located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, the property offers 90+ retail location, which helped develop a balanced economic foundation and tourist attraction for an area that once relied heavily on industry.

Our role as design director (while employed at Pyramid) was advise design tile and entrances at the Center, coordinate interior and exterior paint schemes, soft seating areas, and custom seating elements. The project was completed in 2015 with a total project cost $5.50 million.

In addition to managing the design process, tasks also included project budget creation, design team procurement, construction document review, bidding, and daily management of site staff during construction.

Palisades Center

Palisades Center was a two-phase project with the first phase costing $25 million, and the second phase costing $5 million (while employed by Pyramid Management Group). During the first phase of this project we developing project management under the guidance of Pyramid Management Group. We we in charge of helping design and procurement of over 5 miles of glass handrail, four levels of tile, soft seating areas, full lighting design interior/exterior paint, interior/exterior signage and guest services desk.

Phase two of the project completed additional exterior signage, a four year landscaping scope, and two entrance enhancements.

The lighting portion of the project was particularly exciting. We transitioned a four story center from T-12 fluorescent technology to all LED light fixtures in the front of house and some services corridors. During it’s first year, the Mall saved over 65% of lighting energy.  The return on investment was 18 months.
